If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Preorder or made-to-order items, unless defective.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Discounted or sale items, unless legally defective.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear), if sealed packaging is broken.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition.

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery via email or our contact form.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refunds
Once we inspect and approve your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a faulty item.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assist with a resolution.
