Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Poland. All orders are processed in accordance with Polish and EU regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Preorder Items: Estimated shipping times are provided in the product description. These are approximate and may vary depending on production and logistics. Delays do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds unless legally required.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer standard and express shipping via reputable couriers.
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control and do not warrant refunds.

4. Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for lost parcels after shipment unless the parcel is insured. Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
