1. Order Handling & Communication
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within the estimated timeframes stated on each product page. Most items are preorder and subject to production lead times, which are estimates only. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless required by law.

Order-related communication must include your full name and order number. We reserve the right to respond only during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00 CET).

2. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before processing begins.
Preorders cannot be cancelled once production has started. This includes changes to size, color, or shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

3. Limited Responsibility
We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer

  • Parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier

4. Fraud Prevention & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts if there is:

  • Suspicion of fraud, false chargebacks, or abusive behavior

  • Excessive returns or misuse of the return policy

  • Inappropriate communication toward our team

5. Policy Changes
This Service Policy may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review it before making a purchase.
